I know you're just frustrated hun. I have tom right now too. For 10 days. :/ I spend real money on this game too. I completely get where you're coming from. They are working hard to get it fixed.

Support is working hard on this issue. To help them in tracking down the root of this problem, I'm asking each of you to edit your posts and add separately at the very bottom what device you are playing as well as the model, operating system and country. Very often, in cases like this, having that information is a great help.

Like everyone else, game won't load on iPad or iPhone. Good to see I'm not the only one. Anxious to get back on cause have time "Tom" for only 3 days left. Really hope it gets fixed before I go to bed. Or the Tom thing was a waste as far as I'm concerned.
Note: I would be more apt to spend money on this game, if we could play it offline also. Otherwise it's times like this that I feel like quitting the game entirely.

USA...Android system on Motorola phone was working fine earlier today. All I know is I had 32,000 plus coins and 35 diamonds and I better get them all back!
