I saw the button that said to link your village from one device to the other, the only problem is that you have to do the transfer by going on that old device. As in the title, my phone is broken. I logged into my game canter account and re downloaded clash, but it started me over completely. Help please! I want my old clan back 😭 :rolleyes:

Follow these steps:
Open Clash
Press the settings icon
Pressing Help And Support
Press Report An Issue
Press Other Problem.
If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.
If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!
Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!
The following information will be required:
Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:
It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!
If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.
