Clash of Clans Game purple bar Not Loading

when i open my clash of clans its not loading..the purple bar is not progressing....but when i wait a few mins...it opens my village...but when i open clash of clans another time...the purple bar is not moving but i think is loading....then when i wait for it...it opened my village...can somebody help me fix this pls...ty

i have done that reinstall and close and open..but the purple bar loading glitch is not gone
