Does Supercell even directly read our emails. For example, a few months ago I emailed Supercell that my attacks weren't recording. They only responded some info on leagues. So, do you think they read them. This thread will probably be deleted soon, so I want to here want you think before it does.

Their support team is small therefore not all complaint is fully satisfied
SuperCell seems to have made the business decision not to stock app support too highly. So, it can take weeks to months to get anything but an automated email reply from them. I would believe that the average player has no reason to contact them with real problems and the cost of supporting those that do is too high for the payback received. It may be frustrating for those who need help, but it is a rational business decision. Sorry.

Yeah, I sent them attacks of a guy ghosting 3 times and teir reaponse felt exactly like a post I read previously on the forums. I doubt tey read then. Some computer probably looks at keywords and finds a "suitable" answer
Yes they do read tickets, but you need to be patient. From what they normally get I bet that workload had quadrupled in the last few months.
