Google + Problems

I know this question has most likely been asked before, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was trying to link a device for my wife's account (add an android tablet) so that she can play on a larger screen. I did not realize at the time that she had not linked her account to Google +. She now has a level 2 village linked to her Google + account and I cannot remove it to link her actual village. How can I link the actual village to her account? This has been very frustrating, as I don't want her to have to start over at level two with a junk name on the account...

I have attempted to delete the village by going through the process of deleting Clash of Clans from her Google + account (via the "apps" section of her Google + account).

You need to make a new G+ account.

That is more easily said than done. Making a new Google + account means that my wife will have to switch between accounts every time she wants to purchase a game on her phone. If this is the case, there is a clear flaw to the customer service of SC and this needs to be addressed. I will wait to see if a SC employee will respond to this thread, but I will also be sending a game ticket email.

Bottom line: there must be a way to unlink a village from a G+ account. Especially if all I want to do is delete it to link her actual village.

Nope, there is no way. If there was, I would know about it.

1. What about submitting a "lost village" request?

2. I will write an official letter of complaint for making unauthorized changes to her account. There must be a way to rectify this, even if I need to elevate it beyond forums and ticket requests.

Nooopeee.

Just make a new G+ account, you only need to use it for buying gems and loading the account... you can use the other one for other things.
