For magic we can have the wizard hero! and his placemat thing could be a treasure trove since everyone knows that dragons love to hoard treasure. however this brings it's own problems such as gaining resources from it when destroyed, so perhaps the hydras natural mythical habitat. Which is of course, a swamp. it could be just a ditch with some nice bubbling bog water and some marshy grass around it. nice and natural, yet pretty awesome.

If it's flying, lower hp for obvious reasons.
Ground unit should have more hp.
Or, add the option of having the hydra flying or on foot.

Yes but i think it would have to be worse than a normal dragon...otherwise its like giving ppl an extra 30 spaces if its better than a drag. And if a drag king is worse than a drag, it wouldnt be the king lol.
I love the idea! But unless its OP it wouldnt make sense.
Im sure theres a solution for that though.
