Yeah. Valkyries are not underpowered especially when they are upgraded and when they attack in great number.
But since their attack target is unspecific, the attack route will be uncertain.
Although, i watched youtube vids of some gamers who skillfully use this unit.

They need to lower the training cost and training time. I do agree that they are a good troop, they just take too much time to train and they have too much housing space
Valkyries arent underpowered, they are not used because of its cost and training time! :)
Dude i cant imagine if they lowered the housing space of valkyries it would need a massive army to fight against them in clan castle defenses. They are not efected by zap, they are fast, dont die easy, worst of all splash damage.
