sent request 4 lost village 4/29.... still no response

I've sent my info like it said to do... I'm ticket 3164664 ..almost 2 months... please help me cuz this is absolutely horrible...I was the co leader of a clan... undefeated record in clan wars at the time... spent money on the game n now I have nothing...I don't know what to do because I know this company made over 700 mil last year n played over 3 mil in Finland taxes... I saw from moderators a month ago that they were hiring help... did that just not happen... supercell I hope that u help me cuz at this point us may have lost 4 accounts that pay in the game... mine, my girls acct, my 2 best friends. THIS IS MY LAST ATTEMPT TO CONTACT SUPERCELL

So u say be patient... but will patience offer compensation... cuz they had no problem with their transaction process while I spent over 500$ on multiple accounts n now lost all my progress... I have done nothing more than brag about this game to my friends b4 this and know personally 8-10 people who started playing because of me.. now I'm kicked out the clan n people who were bottom feeders are now sharks n better than me... so I ask??? Do u play any games? Genericly of course

Be Patient

Did you have it connected to Google+ or Gamecenter,because if you did,you should still be able to retrieve account.And support can take a LONG time to respond because of the influx of tickets from the clan wars update.And whatever you do DONT send another ticket to support,that will just make it take longer for you to get your village back.

What shivampaw says + these days sc has many problems I hope they slve your problem asap, i know its hard not to be able to play for a long time cause im a coc addict too, sorry for your problem and wish you luck

Actually he probably will (via a refund of the money spent) if he doesn't get his account/s back and contacts Apple or Google about it (whichever company his device is associated with). Because not doing so would be a violation from Supercell of those companies policies regarding apps.

No he won't.

SC aren't violating anything from Google and Apple by have delays in their customer support.

It is if they dont fix the problem which is starting to look likley. I have been wating two months and have been kocked out of my clan, and now my friend tells me everyone has caught up to me or ks now above me, and i have lost two months of time for getting my village higher. This so called customer support is a joke, its like they have 3 people answering these problems. With how much they make there shouldnt be any problems to get this solved. Just another example of a company that doesnt care

Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

As long as you have your ticket number you are in the queue :)
