Upgrading Dark Elixir pumps worth it?

I am debating if it's worth upgrading both of my pumps to level 5.. Do you guys think the pumps are worth 6 million? I need some feedback on this.

I guess it comes down to whether you have need for that elixir elsewhere? If you've already maxed out your standard army and you don't have any pressing tower upgrades then why not :D. More uses than ever here days for DE

I would believe the answer , in a long run, would be yes!

It's up to you but if you dont really need DE as much as other stuff you can by with elixir don't. For example upgrade troops first. :)

Yes, I'm in a similar situation. My two DE drills are both level 4, and I'm going to upgrade them to 5.

Similar to elix and gold mines, it sure is swell to have them at level 11 and wake up to free resources. I think many of us realized later on, that it would have been nicer to have them earlier, way back in the day...

But, it sounds like you are also similar to me, that most, if not all, of the elixir upgrades are done, so heck, what else are we going to upgrade?

Good luck on lvl 5! I'm close to the first 6 mill, so let's race it! Haha.

If you use de troops its worth it. If you don't, then I'd say not to.

Treborray and Illustris, I have both my DE Storage and Drills to level six and have no regreats, it's nice to wake up with the extra DE ! I am glad that I have it over with, as I see more and more DE is needed within the game. I am focused on my Hero's and leveling them though I may find retirement before I get there lol. Good luck with your choice .

The DE drills are good for getting those early hero levels quicker and upgrading DE troops to at least level 2.
