I am currently a TH9 (just got it) in Gold III. I have always farmed but now want to go up to Crystal League. What is a good army to get me up there quickly.
I can hold 200 troops. I have Golems and PEKKAs and lvl 5 Archers, Barbs, WBs, and Giants. I would like it if the army isn't too expensive and won't take too long to make either.

You should be able to barch there and still get loot. If you would like more two and three stars giant healer should get you through gold 2 and most of gold 1.
Barch is good for 1 star
Balloonion/Drags are good for 2-3 stars depending on the base.
And Hogs get 3 stars if they're at least level 4 or so.
I'd like to not spend any Dark Elixer because I'm saving up for the Archer Queen.
Barch doesn't even have a dark elixer troop in it.......Quote:

The BAW army is legit. I use it to farm in crystal so it has to be strong to hang. I have all different army strategy types.

BAM things into the ground you'll be able to almost perma fight. run all barracks and 2x dark non stop
MAYBE keep 1 pekka in reserve if you see a base you want to drop heavy troops for more penetration
