This is general clash of clans knowledge.

It's a free for all on global only because we're talking getting seven people together to report somebody, and even that only earns a day ban.

You could go like "YO I *********************", get reported and TEMP banned a billion times and still not get perm banned. Of course, that's if nobody offers to report on the forum or send a email to Supercell.

But this stuff is still pretty annoying.

ToS's 13+ policy won't help if it's not enforced.... and the censoring system is just broken.

Mute button only serves the issue for YOU, not for that 5 year old guy who doesn't even know what mute means, he would be just reading chat and learning bad things from it.

I definitely agree. There's a lot of immature people on the Global Chat who just throw in a bunch of garbage to the chat. While you can just mute them there is obviously a younger audience who are visually reading the stupidity that some users type.

The censoring system needs a rework honestly. I see so many easily bypass the filter which just ruins the chat coupled with the idiotic remarks given as example by the OP. There are even moments where you type a word or someone's name and it gets censored when it's not even bad.

Yeah. I once talked with this guy about astronomy and got reported and banned by several by-standers who thought I was trash talking. Thing was, I talked about the planet "Uranus". It got censored in that part. Pretty ridiculous.

When I wanna speak to other people and my clan's empty (I'm not on the same timezone than most of the players), I usually stare at global for a minute, and mute everyone I don't wanna talk to. Then I can have a nice conversation with the remaining - if any :(.
