At th 8 with 3000 gems should I upgrade hogs. Get my barbarian king to lv5. Or get lv 5 balloons and lv3 minions. Or any other ideas?

BK to level 5, then Balloonion IMO. Hogs are great but only at level 4 and they take what, like 3000 DE to train one army?
Do your BK to level 5, then do hogs or minions. Balloons you can farm yourself.
