My defences have been great. Primary resource (changes) protected.
The few losses have been due to a mortar or air defense offline being upgraded. And at least one cannon or archer tower upgrading for all of the last week. Conditions not optimal, but the base has held up very well.

The hog attack here landed right on top of a giant bomb that I'd swapped with a Telsa in front of the TH ;)

I am also using this as my war base, and in the last 8 wars I have been attacked 3 times.

I'm ranked 17 in my clan. Can't remember the first attack, but the last two have been max dragons :mad:
Sorry to say, the base cannot survive 10 or 11 level 2 dragons. :( 3 starred.

I posted your version of the Optimus onto the thread if you don't mind with defense logs and the clan wars version.

I'm surprised to know that one of your enemy clan has the same base! This goes to show how much Optimus has gone through and gotten popular over the past 2 months.

The latest and last update to the evolving Optimus is out! Introducing Prototype V3 Optimus- which nulls the cons of the original version at the cost at not being transformable!

Cons of the Optimus

• Large core means when Giants reach that part with a heal or rage spell core defenses can be easily crushed and allows a higher possibility of attackers reaching both storages- does not apply to V3 Optimus
  
• Rather vulnerable Dark Elixir Storage means less protection for a valuable resource- does not apply to V3 Optimus
  
• Barbarian King can be lurable which means the Hero can not act as a vacuum when troops hit the core of the base- improved positioning in V3 Optimus
  
• Vulnerable to Jump Spells- unfortunately, V3 Optimus can't really counter that, but what base can?
  
• Rather bad trap placement means less traps used to their maximum efficiency- does not apply to V3 Optimus

Currently I am looking for testers of V3 Optimus- if you do please post your defense logs here! Thanks everyone- this will be the last major update to Optimus.

prototype looks better but how does it compare to the spiral sanctuary?

Edit: Base seems solid as I was attacked by mostly level 4 troops and the guy only managed to get 54% . Keep in mind my defenses are still th6 and even the new ones have not been upgraded yet. So its safe to say if my walls and defenses were upgraded it would have been hard for him to get stars except from the exposed townhall.

I gonna test the v3. But I do few change .
First, I haven't BK and dark barrack.
So I take a mine at the place of bk, and an extractor at the place of dark barrack. The builder hut are useless inside, they said "hey no traps/tesla here". Son i put them at the place of the mine ans extractor , that are behind the th.
I gonna see if this base works.

For now I have been 5 times attacked with this base.
2 attacks th snipe(and 1 lightning on my elixir storages)
1 attack with Barch (101 archer, 45 barb lvl 5),got 46% of my base and 1 storages of each but I don't think I loose this storages if I have lvl 5 mortar(2 lvl 4 and 1 lvl 3 upgrading tout 4).
2 attack by lvl 9/10 , with spell and CC , and I loose 1 storage of each once and the 2 of elixir and 1 of gold on the last attack.

How can I post logs? I don't find it's better to show the attack?

Thanks! The base intentionally has vulnerable storages but makes it harder to take out both.

To take a screenshot on iOS press the power and the home button at the same time. Then go to your photos and it should be there, just upload it on imgur and give me the link.

If that's too much hassle I'm fine with you posting written logs here too. About the defenses:

Attack with BARCH- base seems to hold up well, its usual for BARCHers to take out one storage and any army comp really.
Attack by TH9/10 can't be helped because they have much better upgraded troops but really, what are the chances of them attacking you? Imagine a TH7 attacking a TH5 and you'd sort of get it.
