Help me please!!!

Hello ya'll.. I've been playing clash of clans for some time now and i've invested a good amount of money into this game and i'm level 70 now. Heres my problem, i just got a new iphone today and for some reason when i downloaded COC it didn't ask me for my apple id and password. I proceeded to dl and install it only to realize it loaded up as level 1!!! I feel like ive lost everything. I imediately deleted it and tried finding out why its not asking me for my apple id password. Can anyone help me and is anyone else experiencing this problem? Im i forever screwed and have to start from level 1 again?!?! Help please

Have you gone into game center and logged in? That's what I'm thinking your problem is here.

On your old device, did you have your account linked to GC?

If u did have your old account linked to GC then sign in. I'm pretty sure you'll have to reinstall coc to get your old town back too

Yes i just checked, i am logged in. when i load it up it says "i am munski" and i looked up the list of IOS games i played in the past for example subway surfer etc.. Game center lists alll the games ive played except COC. What is this ♥♥?! Am i doing something wrong here? I mean everytime i try dling Coc it's not asking for the password. Ive already loaded Coc so am i screwed with this device now? Do i need a new phone? Should i try downloading it again?

I really don't know. I've never messed with changing devices. Though, today I made a new GC account and connected it to CoC. Hopefully when I get my iPhone 5 it will be fine. Best of wishes to you and hope you don't lose your base. :rolleyes:

Oh and yes my old phone was connected to GC.. And so is this one. Anyone help? Please ill buy you a beer if you can solve this problem for me!

Yea thats a weird situation. I have played this game on my Iphone iPad 4 and iPad never had any issues. If you signed in to Game Center and your game was backed up there it should load right up. Do you still have your old phone?

What the.. Is there an option to back this game up on GC?? I thought it just automatically did it. I think the primary issue is that it doesnt ask for my apple id password. Thats what i find weird. I also downloaded "scramble" and it didnt ask for password either. Then shortly after that i downloaded the " korean keyboard" for texting, then it asked for the password. Normally on my other phone it asked for passwords for every item i chose to dl. Screw the beer, i'll buy anyone 500gems if they can solve this problem for me. I'll paypal 5 dollars to you.

Try logging off game center, Deleting the app, and going to settings > Store and log out from app store if you are logged in. Next log into game center again (of course has to be the same ID as your old phone), Go to app store, log in the same app id you used on your old phone and download CoC again and see if that works.

Arent you asked if you want to load up your previous base after you complete the tutorial first?

Yes I play a few friends account every day. I use iPod 4 gen and iPad mini.
He must have not linked the account and clicked cancel....
im not sure about the tutorial part though.

In game enter under games, clash of clans should be there. If it is all you need to do is uninstall coc, restart your device, and re install coc, your old town should be there.

Agreed with this post.
Make sure you re download the game directly on the new device via the Apple store and not back up from the iTunes on a PC or Mac.

1. On the new device download COC from apple
   
2. now decide if you want a second games-this is your only chance otherwise you will need another device to create an account
   
3. if you choose to keep second account then play new game created on the new device get the game past the daft instructions(sc should have option to turn off but oh well). This new game will need to be saved to a GC account-so make a new one and link to current new game.
   
4. to get your original game onto new device log out of GC
   
5. log into GC with original GC for original account. In GC after you log in click on friend tab WAIT for it to fully load, click on GAME tab WAIT for it to fully load (GC is slow if you don't allow it to fully load because your impatient, it doesn't login correctly-I've often logged into my mini account too quickly and had my friend list from my main lol). Select COC and enter you will be asked if you want to load game of your original account say YES
