Town hall view and pets and more...

Hi,

if you click on your town hall, to check which visitors need to be placed in buildings, it would be nice to:
- place all the inactive people on top of the list (sorting).
- show how many empty places are left in a building, when you click on a building next to a visitors in the list.

love the town! And the frequency hayday brings new functionality!

I also would like to add a dog and cat to town.
and different people (too often they are the same).
