Pizza orders are killing me!

My town has been expanded to 24 peeps, and all 6 buildings I have are expanded to 6 slots. Personal train at 4 peeps and 3.5 hours. I can fill almost all orders wih minimal problems, like occasionally running out of something.

But the pizzas are ridiculous. I cannot keep enough. I can't keep enough cheese to make enough pizzas to fill the orders. Some of the peeps ask for 2 different pizzas! Wth? How hungry are you? It's just one movie! I could use Tom all day to buy nothing but cheeses or pizzas and I would likely still run out in a few days.

i know there are plenty of threads about dairies and sugars since the new town expansion, but it just seems that bigger my town gets, the less I am able to keep up. It is now to the point that I don't feel it is worth it to keep expanding. If I make the serving times lower, I'll just have to serve even more pizzas. If I bring more peeps to town, I have to serve more pizzas.

i can make 5 cheeses in 4 hours, and then 5 pizzas, and have them gone with the next wave of visitors to town, with some sitting there asking for more pizza. In the meanwhile, make more cheese, but have then RN out of butter and cream. Forget goat cheese.

SC, do what you want to improve the dairies and sugars, but please! Stop having visitors ask for so many pizzas!

Wait until they all ask for jellybeans and chocolate bars. When I haven't got what they want and know I won't make it fast enough I just send them away. It is just easier that way to me. I wish you could remove a visitor from the slot and send them to the next one they ask for, thus giving us time to make what they need when it is time to send them back to the first place.

Agreed, pizzas are my nemesis too. I now buy most of my bread so I can keep pizzas going in the bakery throughout the day. I just loaded it with 5 more. Ouch. :(

On Monday they were killing me with pizza requests.
On Tuesday it was Tomato Juice.
Yesterday it was Apple Juice.
Today there hasn't yet been a single particular item. Hope I'm not jinxing myself by saying that.

One day last week it was pie pie pie. Not any one in particular, but my pie oven was serving the town all day instead of making shepherds pie for money.

I am hoping that somebody will eventually figure out patterns in the requests, kinda like we know that little people on the farm ask for what you don't have, or for your top two items. Predicting or manipulating the requests would be awesome.

Yes I always seem to run out of pizzas and have no memory of why I ran out in the first place.

The Spa also has some really weird and obscure orders as well. And darn the B&B with it's endless combinations of coffee products!

I have plenty of pizza (knock on wood). It's sugar that's killing me. Seems like every one of those greedy little townies wants either sugar or cookies today. I had one guy in the grocery asking for 5 sugars, and two in the cinema who each wanted 2 cookies.

I usually don't even keep any cookies around. Now I have to stock them.

I know what you mean I had them all asking for it in the store a couple of times and syrup. Luckily it was in the morning so I had the syrup reads and still some sugar from the night before. If it is one of the mid day ones I am stuck with them waiting while I get some made. I always have some cookies in stock for making cheesecake so I am alright on that front.

The only pizza I don't like them asking for is the fish one. My biggest bug bear with this is that the visitors always seem to ask for it just after I drop my nets so I can't even get the fish for it even though I have the lobsters. Other than that I am not too bad on that front as I make cheese overnight so can have it waiting in the morning, as I don't need any goat cheese for a bit, this makes it easier.

I do have trouble keeping lobsters in stock. Frutti di mare seems to be the favorite kind of pizza, plus you have others asking for lobster tails and lobster soup.

I fill up my queues with goat cheese, soy sauce, and syrup to run overnight, and generally, that has to last the whole day because I don't make it while I'm playing. But the syrup demand has gotten crazy.

I mean really...the spa is supposed to be all healthy. And you have people asking for bottles of syrup????

I am stocked up on the soup and the sushi things, so I tend to use the pool as lobster storage to save on barn space.

Maybe the workers at the spa are conning the customers? They are passing of syrup as honey for a honey body wrap or face mask "treatment" so the visitors ask for it thinking they are getting top quality honey. without honey in the game they have to get creative after all.;)

I'm not really paying attention to what town people want, as I was a hoarder and had a good stock of almost everything. But now, I run low on dairy and dairy products, dropping below 20! Sugar is an on and off thing. Sometimes I run low, sometimes I have too much. But I am running low on coffee products, so that's where my white sugar is going now

I had cheese pizza orders all day from the townies! Dairy is making cheese all night...:(

Ditto to the pizza problem. A second diary and sugar mill would be heavenly!!!!

you think pizza is bad? Wait until you get to deal with ice cream maker items requested from both the cinema and the cafe...

Yes. The pizzas are too much.
It not the pizzas which are trouble, it is the cheese which I never have!

No cheese in my barn
No pizzas in my barn
Cinema is clogged with pizza visitors
Diner is full of pesky visitors
All want to go everywhere
But no place anywhere

I make goat cheese during work, 4-5 cheese while sleeping. And when I play, I make butter and cream.
The cheese produced overnight is consumed within 1 hour in morning. The rest of the visitors remain hungry.

And when I get a pizza or cheese order, I am gone. I have to send the boat away unless all the rest of orders are easy. (I don't send if there is wheat or corn along it :P)

SC, reduce the pizza demand

I get lots of pizza requests, too. If it's not the town folk, it is boat orders. I have kept Tom busy fetching all kinds of pizza for me. The only thing worse is jam. Takes so long to make and is gone in a flash.

Thats funny, mine just arrived and it's 8 creams, strawberry ice cream which requires cream, and cafe mocha which requires cream lol, I laughed and sent it omits merry way

I prioritize. I don't serve every customer, I don't fill every boat, and I don't do all the truck orders. My barn is doing great :)

I am at level 43 and finding the town quite hard going with my tiddly little barn, you lot in the higher levels should be fine!! I only have capacity in my town for 18 people right now, and their high quality orders stress me out so a lot of the time and I work with about half of them, and the rest just get sent away for neighbours to pick up, especially now for some reason most want to go to 3 buildings in my town. At night I might pick up some B&B'ers or Spa lovers for overnight with my PT. But I think I need to wait to get a bigger barn before I go back to dealing with the town properly at its current capacity.

Thankfully the townies eased up on the pizzas today...was able to get some cheese built up! :)
