What if we used the neighborhood house to sell items to our neighborhood friends instead of using our roadside shop?
I know people tend not to like the idea of only selling stuff to neighbors, but that's the point of being in a neighborhood.

I think you will find a lot of negativity with this idea. I for one am totally against the neighbourhood anyway, I just use it to chat to my neighbours, the DD has already suffered immensely because of the sneaky neighbourhood idea. So I am totally against your idea, sorry. ;)
I think it's a great idea, at present, the neighbourhood house is under-utilised. Whether people like it or not, sales/trades between neighbours is going to continue to happen. It's only natural that active neighbourhoods prioritise selling/trading with other members in their NH before selling publicly in their Road Side shop. Making it a more secure transaction (by circumventing using the RSS for neighbourhood trades) will not further erode players from selling their surplus higher value items in the RSS. It will simply reduce the frustration of having some stranger swoop in and buy an item which was intended to be bought by a fellow neighbour. Most neighbourhood players are now savvy enough when trading with each other to make this occurrence rare anyway.
I would like to see 2-4 new crates made available in the neighbourhood house for the exclusive use of neighbours only.
Thank you ^^
Against it. Neighbourhoods have fractured the player base to the point it is detrimental not to b in one if you want to play the game. I will oppose anything that fractures the player base any more or makes it even worse to play the game if you are not in a neighbourhood.
Bad idea! Look at how many ppl join neighborhoods and stop playing. also u can't be in a NH until lvl 29 I think so what about those ppl lvl 28 and below? In the NH I'm in ppl rarely get on n its kind of frustrating at times
I think a separate stand is a great idea. Thanks to the town sucking everyone's supply to death there is NOTHING in the paper to buy anymore. Once Hay Day releases the store that sell the clothes, you might as well forget the paper all together. If you haven't found out that the neighborhood idea is awesome, you haven't found the right neighborhood!;)
