New Trophy Ranges : Explained

As many of you have probably read in other threads, at the San Fransisco Meet-Up there was a sneak-peek released, with one focal point being loot rewarding trophy tiers

So.....In the new update (we don't know when it'll take place) there will be leagues. These leagues are based on trophies, and give loot related rewards for winning matches. There will be 6/7 leagues (Depending if you want to count the Unranked league as one):

Additional Notes

*All loot bonuses are educated guesses, with the exception of champion league, which we know for sure, from image

**In previous threads, where the coding was disected, there was suspicion of trophy levels at which you would fall out of said range, but judging by the photo, there is no point at which you would fall out of that range, (this is also a toss up: we dont know yet)

*** Range Trophy Counts are as best I could make out (Not sure about Master League)

The reason for making this as a seperate thread is that I figured by posting it in one of the league threads, it would get bogged down by all other posts "when is the update" | "is this real" | "so what does it mean" | and so on

So, I hope this helps explain, I will edit the OP if anymore information comes out, or more precise details :)

Any guesses what the 3 divisions are all about?

I'm also wondering if the league designation will be used for match making. In most sports leagues, you play against the other members of your own league...

I'm still curious as to where the bonus loot would come from.

Right from the victim's storages seems a little harsh, since it will be on top of the already lootable amount...

Not to mention if you revenge some TH6 after you reach crystal league.... That's gonna hurt.

1.) There are 6/7, and it seems they are based on trophies and reward with loot by winning matches

Hmmm, very good speculation, the current matchmaking is already divided like this, it is probably divided so that you can attack people within +/- x many trophies, so dividing by the leagues would allow slightly less flexibility than the current system, so I'm not sure how likely this will be implemented, yet still a good though, nonetheless

I'm guessing the divisions will be level and/or town hall level based. For example - the Crystal league. 2000 cups. I've seen a level 39 with 2100 cups and a level 7 town hall. And then you have TH9ers and level 70s+ with 2100 cups. So I don't know, my guess is level/town hall based divisions.

Edit: I see Djemerson13 has already replied. Allow me to speculate - I'm talking about where it says "Divisions III--II--I". I'm imagining each league to have 3 divisions separated how I stated above.

That's what I was refering to precisely. Notice that it is bracketed as if it relates to all of the leagues that the member is not currently in.

Swordwalker's idea of divisions within a league is what I was thinking. I just thought it would be a simple division of the range of trophies, but really any way to subdivide the league would be helpful only if it affects the loot bonus or matchmaking.

The final details should be really interesting. Everyone talks about farming ranges now, in the future there will be sweet spots for farming in particular leagues/divisions.

That's good news. Now, if you're conservative in what troops you bring (and I tend to be), you can always recoup your army costs... and everything else you get is a bonus!

Ahhhh, now I see what you mean. And I haven't a clue as to what that could mean :confused:

I, too, was wondering the same. Possibly III being the lowest division of the league, and I being the highest? Ex: Division III being TH7 and Division I being TH9.
