What is this base called?

Chief Pat uses it , he said there was a way to put TH in the middle, but I can't see how, does anyone know what this is called?

Why so serious?

It's called Pat's Playground. Technically you can put the town hall in the center but when Chief Pat does it, he just takes out like 3 storages and puts them on the outside, and moves around a couple mortars and heroes.
