Locked account !!! Help

Supercell , I just woke up and saw my account locked , i contacted you guys but no reply , I want to play again ticket no , #4066981

It's locked? Exactly what does it say?

This usually happens as of security/ ownership issues. Are you the first legitimate owner of your account? Has it ever had ownership disputes (E.g sold phone)?

You contact SC and complain about someone logging in to your account right?
OR
Someone else has your password and contact SC and say he is the owner for the account and then they closed your?

If you don't know the code it means you are using someone else's village. Stay out of it.

Hey , someone accessed my account few weeks ago and i complained , but yesterday they locked it cause i asked to
now I'm waiting the code form SC to access it again :)

You should have been emailed the code to access the village again.

I didn't get any email , i already sent them the date i started and the receipt of 1st purchase

Check your spam and junk. Wait for them to give you the code. If you don't get one in a day then reply to the ticket.
