Hey everybody, I've been wondering whether or not you use Wall Breakers with BAM, I usually bring 8 along as I do with BArch but I'm wondering if that should change (bring more, less, none). Please vote on the poll and reply. Thanks for your help! :cool:

no, because the main reason to bam is to raid really, really quickly.
lets say you bring 8 wb with you, thats 4 mins more per atk, that means 2 atks less per hour.
This is because the BAM attack strategy focuses on the minions, which don't need wall breakers. I wouldn't focus on the barbarians' and archers' participation in battles except in the beginning to take out the exposed wizard towers.
I have never needed them. They take up space that i would rarely use and then take some time out of making my army when I do need to use them hurting how many attacks I can do.
I use about 10 wallbreakers to get to those storages that are 2 walls deep!
if you don't bring wall breakers, IMO, you might as well use barch. sure the minions might get you a bit more. and even if you use bam with wall breakers, it takes less than barch without them. wall breakers are important to any ground army, I find it stupid for anyone who doesn't use them, unless its hog riders, or you have jump spells
Never. When BAMing,
1. You can't penetrate far so I focus on external pumps/mines and TH sniping
2. Speed as WBs take too long
I used to, but now I prefer speed of raiding without worrying about how many wallbreakers I have. So I dont use wallbreakers anymore.
You are forgetting that barching is too slow. BAMing refills max troops MUCH faster.Quote:
