Forum Elite III - Interest and Planning Thread

Come time, I'm in!

In regards to date, the first week or two of July may be a bit tight. Second, the event should not conflict with the end of any league seasons, as some permanent cuppers have their own obligations to their clans for the tourney (like the tater)

Tourney End dates are July 6th, 20th, Aug 3rd, 17th, 31st, Sept 14th...

20th 27th July for the date would be good.

Giant meet and great would be sorta like DownToForum. I thought there were plans for another one not that long ago. Not sure what happened to that though.

Good points - establish requirements for Forum Elite and perhaps Junior Elite (unless we want that to be all inclusive)?

Erm... we already tried to have a forum meet and greet/chill clan, remember? Didn't work out so well...

When the clans will take place
Not sure. Maybe towards the end of summer?
How long will the push last
I'd say a week is long enough
When and how often players should be moved based on trophies
every 2 days
How to run the sign up process
just have a template for ppl to fill out if they r interested
How to initially sort the clans
By their PBs
What to do with empty slots by no shows
Fill in with the ppl who didn't make it in
Establish a few simple rules for conduct
Be nice and mature

Ryan ran the last one and is a good source to use for this event

Most definitely. We should also talk about a meet up for everyone but ATM lets stick to being Elite.
i don't remember but I believe you Julez and yah I'm in support of a Junior Elite or whatever it would be called.
