Not that I know of! Once I didn't play for 3 weeks and none of my animals died.
I just started playing and it is nice to know that I can focus on getting my crop count up.
In Hay Day no animals, or crops, ever die. :) Trees & bushes wither at some point so you need to cut them down (you can once ask for your friends to water them though) but even if you leave your farm unattended for a longer time, everything will be as it was when you left it. :)
Cheers,
Nick
They may not die but they sure do look pitiful and helpless just lying there starving, giving you the guilty "oh woe is me" look and those brassy pigs not holding anything back in signing "Yo, feed me Seymore". I know they are virtual but I just can't take it, so I always make sure I have feed available before I collect their produce. Silly, I know but posts around here suggest I'm not the only soft sop who can't stand those poor things suffering. LOL
Lol, its silly i know, but if I don't have enough feed for the sheep, I won't collect for them.
i can't stand to see their pitiful shivering!
I'm always tempted to let the pigs go hungry because they are so cute when they point to their mouths, but I generally don't let them go hungry for long. :) Can't help myself. Also have a hard time letting crops sit there, or machines pile up, etc., etc. LOL!
I don't like to see them hungry, but let m tell you , I cannot stand to see the pigs roll around with their feet in the air. I swipe them right away whether I have food or not - although I usually do. :o
