Clash of Clans update

I would like to see a little more controll for clan leaders. I think Supercell should give clan leaders the ablility to controll who participates in the clan war and how big of a clan war we want to be in. I realize the possibility of some clan leaders who would keep some people out of the war but, there is a downside to everything isnt there. In my case, and im sure many others, i have had people in my clan who take a hiatus from the game and if i start a clan war thats stars im loosing. Also i think people who are in a clan when the war starts and leave the clan during the war should be able to ve replaced by someone else, if of course there is someone to replace them. Im no game designer so i have no clue if this is even possible or if it is difficult to do. Its just a thought, what do you guys think?
