Just wondering what the trophy range is when it comes to matchmaking in multiplayer. I always thought it was 200 below or 200 above, but I just hit masters 1 and have been attacked 3 times by people in champions league who are 600 trophies above me for -3 -3 -1 trophies and they were not revenge attacks. Is this supposed to happen?
Yes, the champion system is majorly flawed and this is common until you are back in masters two. Its not like the champs will take that much from you anywaysQuote:

And yes, my th is out, I am a th9 so if I left it in I would lose even more trophies as people would destroy me for my loot, I have 6 million gold, 8 million elixir, and 105k de, so I am very happy to be sniped for -3. The one were I got -1 was a 100% mass drag attack by the way.
I've been to champions, and had my TH outside from 3000 to 3300. Most of the time, I've been attacked by much higher players (3600 to 3900) for 1 trophy.Quote:

So what is the matchmaking criteria? Is it a larger range for people in champions?
Yes. I don't know the exact math, but you start to notice it in Master one. Below, every single attack is worth 13+ trophy. Above, you start to see +12. Then +9. Then +6. Then +4...Quote:
