Experienced player looking for partners in starting new clan

Hello, my main account is a well established th8 in a great clan with a strong, friendly community. I recently created a second account, but as it is still a beginner, it does not meet the requirements of the main clan.

Using my second account, I would like to try to start a clan that would eventually have a similar, friendly vibe of my current clan. Being a low level still, I will need support from stronger players in order to help my clan grow and be successful.
