I need a serious hybrid clan ASAP

I'm looking for a serious and highly organized hybrid clan with loyal and heavy donating members. I am a town hall 7 with all level 6 walls and some level 7. I use Balloonian Strategy for war and donate level 4 archers at all times possible. I am literally clashing 24/7 and need a clan that will have people on every second of the day.
