Which Town Hall level do you feel is the best?

th7 is de best!!

I liked th7 alot because of all the new toys wich i used extensively. BK, drags, minions, hogs.

As far as loot, TH8 was the best. lvl 5 Barch really is strong for getting loot. by far the biggest troop upgrade for me was lvl 4 - 5. also you'r base becomes so much more powerfull at th8 with all the deffense upgrades. If you max out (wich i alway's do) you can give any attack a run for it's money other then lvl 5 hogs.

After spending a month and a half at th9 i just got my dark rax able to make witches wich is fun. Im also using the ringus base wich i wanted to use forever after he made that thread about it. it's really effective. Loot is deffinetly not nearly as good as th8 though.

It will take you 6-8 months to max th8 including walls and heros if you don't gem, stay at 7 get everything about maxed start the upgrade. By the time you finish th upgrade yiu should be maxed. This way the transition from 7-8 isn't so harsh

For war there is nothing better than TH 7 and and TH 8 as far as ease of offense IMO. Farming has been very comfortable at those TH levels too although TH 8s become vulnerable to 9s and even 10s with a reduced loot penalty.

Th9 has been my favorite so far, as it gives you some great offensive upgrades (maxed balloons, archer queen), which imo, make the game a lot more fun. Th8 had to be my least favorite as i repeatedly got stomped by th9s the entirety of it.

When I was in th8...I thought that was pretty good too until I was defenseless against lvl6 tier1 troops. TH9 defenses definitely helps counter the imbalance...so I am getting attacked less. I'm enjoying my 1.5 months at Th9 more so far.

EDIT: th9 is where most troops are maxed...thats another plus in my book.

I'm at 7 now and it seems to be fairly easy to get 100 each. Using mainly archers and goblins, pretty cheap. Does it get impossible to do the same up at 8?

Im at the middle of th 8 about half my upgrades done and im already feelin the drain so i completely agree with u

I think level 3 is best

Level 5 troops are great for farming, and loot is better but no more th6 raids, so...

if you can attack well, then max 8/10 or 9/10 then upg
if you can't attack well max everything
