Clan wars opt in out function

What do you guys think about an opt in opt out for clan wars, as we have just finished a war and we have had inactive players witch cost us a war, as we start a war on Friday every body is well aware of it also, but what I suggest is that if supercell could add a feature on to the clan wars so that you can opt in to the war and those who don't want a war can opt out. As then you don't have to tell people to leave the clan and join back up the will just have an option to opt out of a war
