Name change option, just listen.

I understand why this option can be a burdon, but some people, like me, can't stand their name anymore.
I can see as why you wouldn't want to add this as people can troll, impersonate or flame, but there are many ways to fix this.
Have a cool down ( a month or two )
Have an option where you can see the users previous names.
Have it to where you can only change it ones or twice a year.

this option should be a default one as it is so simple. I cannot see why this would be such a problem to add in.
It makes no sense what so ever.

What they should really add is like a daily 'spin the wheel and get a prize' sort of thing, where one of the prices should be the name change option. But I would add the options you mentioned above.

A wheel of fortune that rewards you with a name change isa horrible idea, totally misusable and exploitable.

Besides that, OP's idea is kinda okay, just that seeing what your former name was kinda makes changing it in the first place a bit useless but on the other hand without it Clans would have trouble with trolls joining every couple of months always with a new name

With the button to see the players former names eliminates this factor. It is a simple fix, supercell just says No, for a reason I cannot understand. If we want to change our names, than why shouldn't we be allowed. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I agree with this, because there are so many people i talk to in world chat that regret making their name what it is and many because u cant type their name for some reason, also some young people may have used private names to find friends clans easily but not realising that millions of people can see their name.
