why do low levels attack us?

well some idiot try to attack me with lv 3 troop i am laffing my way out..

Nah definitely cups I got 1 cup revenging a th9 in the level 70's while I was at the 2000. And that was 2 stars. He was in the 1000s when I attacked him.

in theory, looting for gold and elixir is also akin to robbery, so we should refrain from doing that too based on your simplistic logic
