New Troop: needs a new type of elixir

Name: Ben 10
Cost: 15000 especial elixir
Life: 40000
Damage: 10000/s
Hability: if you have trees and bush on your village, Ben 10 will steal them and will drop down the level of your walls

One of the bests ideas I've ever seen, one of his abilities should be that he summons Grandpa Max and his cousin Gwen.
But I have one doubt, how can we get this wonderful special elixir?

Its a good idea but use a different name they could get into a lot of trouble using the name Ben 10 because its a trade mark

This would be copyright infringement

First: It got copyright issue
Second: It too OP
Third: This is Clash Of Clan, not some cartoon movie
Fourth: Where the heck am i gonna get that "special elixer"
