This unacceptable glitch is occuring to high level players (3600+ trophees) so please anyone below that have not faced it again don't overwrite so that Supercell can read this and it stays on top of the threads.
Like many other high-level players I faced this issue first time this morning. Indeed, you get disconnected after a few seconds once you have dropped the first troops (you're actually receiving the "game and server are not in synch." error message)
Supercell - It is not acceptable that some players go into ♥♥♥♥♥ ways to increase their trophees while most of us play this game honestly and spend a great deal of time - when not money - to get to the top. I won't write down the list of suspicious clans here but I'm sure you are aware of the players IDs that have a tremendous number of won defenses (20+) that could hardly be reached regularly.
Please, supercell, please band those ♥♥♥♥♥ers and give back the trophees to any of us that have been affected. I hope you can solve this quickly before it develops further.

Players are now using iphones/ ipads to ♥♥♥♥♥ the attacks.
A player can jailbreak their ios device and download a software called ♥♥♥♥ for games.
In the software it allows the person who is getting attacked to disconnect the player who is raiding their base.. The player will receive an out of sync error and the game reloads. Thus losing any attack ie; farming, trophy raids, and clan wars... This has happened to me quite a few times in the past. And was reported to supercell. Noone got back to me or my leader.
Another method is airplaning...
players can run a mock raid on your base while in clan wars by hitting the attack button and switching to airplane mode.
using what ever types of troops they want never having the attack count.
Once they find the right troop combo they attack you in clan wars and 3 star your base..
Look at the top 200 clans.. it is happening right now in my clan as we are at war.

I feel your pain guys. If it was me i would go on defense until it's fixed. Buying shield seems not worth it ...Just hope someone attacks and loses also
