Cleaned house a bit tonight and have several new openings. Any th9+ player who is active, mature, and can participate in wars 2-3 times per week are welcome to apply in-game. :)

We have previously and still will accept very near maxxed th8's. Your base was under-developed. I'm sorry; I hope you'll request again once you have progressed a bit more.
