Please tell me supercell can help.

So basically, my account was originally created on an apple device my situation changed so I had to connect it to my new phone which was an android the only way to do that of course is to link it which I did. Now I no longer have my android phone there were issues within the phone it constantly freezed I managed to uninstal the app from the droid phone thinking it would break the link so I can connect it to a new iPhone I just received obviously it didn't work. So now I feel I'm screwed Supercell isnt responding and I've put alot of time and money into this account lvl 74 th 8 maxed. I do currently have access to it because a friend allowed me to borrow his tablet but I can't keep his stuff forever. Please help I really don't want to loose my account...

So you had linked and now you need to relink to an iPhone? Just sign into the same GC account you used when linking and you will be able to load your village.

Dude! I feel dumb I wish I had thought of that I can't recall my email from that account though :( ♥♥♥♥ man I honestly have no clue what it could be. I believe I may be screwed unless someone from supercell helps me. I mean I do have access to my account but I dont know for how much longer unless I get another Android.

Nobody knows the email. You need to remember it.

Yeah dude I feel really dumb for not thinking of that I may be screwed though because I made it so long ago I can't recall it this sucks It feels like I may loose my account because no one at supercell will respond to me. I'll try to remember it but my memory isnt the best when I make accounts for stuff like that I usually just make up some random things.

They shouldn't need the email right? Since I linked it to the android and connected it with Google + it should be fine. In the support ticket they only asked for account level and th. If security would be a problem I have no problem proving the account is mines.

If you know the email just sign into it. Support can't tell you the email. They actually can't see it. You need the email if you want to recover the account.

I think you may have gotten a little turned around on my issue I have access to my account right now at this point of time but I need to have my account transferred to my iPhone which I can't do myself because awhile back I linked it to an android I would log into the game enter info it was created with but I can't remember it that's why I need supercell a help
