Regarding symmetry, just to clarify, I had no intentions on influencing your decisions on your design. I saw you guys discussing about it and wanted to share my knowledge on the subject. Clash on! :)

Haha, I was kinda sad that you changed your base so drastically to be honest, doesn't resemble your base before the 25 walls update.

But after taking a closer look, I understand the rationale behind your building placement, 3 wiz, 3 mortar triangle, 4 impt storage in a square.
Reminds me of the base I use before i changed to my current one haha.
But yeah, should do fine.

Looks pretty solid, but my only comment is the T junction, which is vulnerable to wall breaker's new splash radius
Oh yeah, and whats the de drill doing at that spot lol, give it to a defense tower.

thanks junliang. My internet sucks atm thats why I can't upload a pic. Anyway my base was worse than before with a lot of X&T junctions but after reading pingfao's post i redesigned it. It is kinda hard making a base from scratch. I actually get ideas from you guys :)

a bit off topic. do you think i am ready for th9?

edit: what can i put on the de drill spot? an aarcher tower perhaps?

When I got the 25 walls I put them in my pervious design but didn't like the look of it so I tried something new. The current design I'm with is holding up pretty well. So I'm happy about that. A few serious attacks and at best they get one gold or DE storage.

I like, I like! This reminds of my preference for really balanced, symmetrical designs.. thinking of changing my current one now. :/
