Pretty much! That's where the idea came from. Of course, in this case, the attacks would not count towards your loot or trophy level.

I really like the idea of a sandbox mode that SC won't deny. Hopefully this avoids most of the issues they saw with other ideas. I've wanted a sandbox mode that satisfies SC for a long time now in order to hone my attacking skills.

However, I think each th category should be made up of ~10 pre-made layouts. I think it could be seen as an issue if you could infinitely search through layouts within a specific th level. Eventually you may stumble upon the layout you are trying to war/revenge.

That's why the bases on your revenge list will be eliminated from the search results. Also, this will give players incentive to make unique bases instead of using commonly used bases. 10 bases is just too few to really practice your skills on.
