Backstory: The Titan is a large creature (some kind of ocean creature, to be decided) that lived in the sea--that is, until it washed up on the rocky shores of a Clashers' village. Although the Titan is a hardened fighter it decided to not destroy the village with its power because of the fascinating new beings called Giants. Throughout the following days, weeks, and months, the Titan grew his knowledge of the Barbarian language and worked out a treaty with them. As long as the Giants helped the Titan kill a hero every once in a while, the Titan would stay and help the village in its quest for victory.
Technical Info: As soon as you pass a specific milestone in your TH10 upgrading path, the Titan will show up (maybe maxed cc, or all maxed WTs, or level 30 and 30 heroes). To level up the Titan it does not take Gold, Elixir, or DE. And no, I'm not suggesting a new resource. The Titan is a hero hunter and so it searches out and kills heroes in a battle. To level up, the Titan actually earns exp. When he kills a hero, the Titan gains exp equal to the level of the hero he killed (BK level 5=5 exp for the Titan). If you want to boost the leveling up of the Titan you can pay gems for exp (10 gems for 1 exp). The Titan sleeps on the beach, and if someone is attacking your base, he waits until the moment when enemy heroes are spawned to burst out of the sea and help your defense (upon his initial burst out of the sea he has increased movement speed for a couple seconds). If a Titan kills another Titan, the exp is doubled.
The Titan's Special Ability: As the Titan dies he stirs up a flood of water from himself which spreads about 7 tiles in each direction, doing damage to both ally and enemy units and buildings (25/75/175/300 damage to enemies, 5/15/30/40 damage to allies). The flood spawns units called Water Nymphs which would have a partial resistance (25% resistance) to Inferno Towers. The flood does not deal damage to allied buildings, only allied troops, enemy troops, and enemy buildings.

Edit: joelcthon pointed out that using three level 40 heroes would get very over powered very fast, and I agree with him. If another hero is implemented, there should be a 2 hero per battle limit, and only 2 heroes should be able to defend at a time.
Edit: EpicChris mentioned that both the Hero's damage and health are blown out of proportion once it gets close to level 40 and it is way too weak to begin with. Also, the flood damage to enemies was reduced to half its previous damage.
Edit: Lance explained that the Hero Regen times, especially at level 30+, were way too short, so I bumped them up a bit from 3h to 4h.
