Time to Dump Top 200 Leader Boards

This is "Clash of Clans" and the Top 200 Clans represent nothing the name suggest. They are simply a group of trophy pushers who have spent to much money on this game. The system is out dated/ scandalist and is a blemish on the game.

Implement Clan War Leader Boards broken down by World Regions and clan Strengths. Have these leader boards reset after a given length of season.

It is boring and to see the same clans with the same players everyday and every month. Those Leader boards mean nothing to 99% of the players in this game.

Instead of awarding Gems to the top of each leader board at the end of season, reward Badges to display on a clan profile or clan castle.

Although I don't think the current leaderboards should be removed/changed, I do think it would be interesting to have more leaderboards for other things.

Like you suggested a CW leaderboard would be very interesting, seeing which clans have the most wins etc.

Some other leaderboards could be;

- Gold Looted
- DE Looted
- Townhalls Destroyed
- Raids Won
- Donations

This game is based mainly on trophies, not base strength or level. Why would clans or players push for higher trophies if there was no leaderboard for bragging rights?

SC sells lots of gems to people fighting for often a single trophy. That would fall off dramatically. People have no reason to gem for CW because you have a full day to make 2 attacks. No way are they taking away trophy leaderboards. It would be nice to have a way to rank clans by CW strength of victories, but not easy to calculate I think.

I don't think they should get rid of the trophy leaderboard but a clan war leaderboard would be fun and would certainly make clan wars more enjoyable. :)

The current leaderboard is fine the way it is. Top clans spend lots of money to stay up there (good revenue stream for SC), and some really good farming clans can make a push to see their clan name up there with all those top clans. I see no reason to make any changes to this leaderboard.

However, I also like the idea of adding some new leaderbaords to compliment the current one. Clan wars and farming leaderboards would be a nice addition to the game.

You have my vote, it is called clash of clans, not clash of clanmembers :)

Only skill gets a clan on the leaderboard. Money has little influence if two equal clans clash. :)

As said before. Top farming clans have been able to get up there on a regular basis. Even my humble little clan have been in the top clans list several times (and we don't even push that often). In this game, you need to invest either time or money to get to the top (and a little bit of skill ofcourse). If you're not willing to spend any of that, don't expect to end up high.

Oh, and I do agree adding a CW leader board would be nice.

I was just about to type something very similar to this above.

The game is in extreme need of new leaderboards. This is actually my number one request of new updates other than Mastermind's quests. A wide arrange of approx. 10-20 new stat leaderboards like (GG, DE, TH, etc..) would be ideal... But, I would be willing to settle for a just a few added leaderboards to start.

The only thing I look at on the top 200 leaderboards is how long until season is ending lol ...

Our clan is very similar to iQuit as far as mainly a farming clan that does not push often, but, when we do we can be found on top 200 list. It's possible to reach the leaderboard with a clan full of no gemmers. It's tough, but, it's possible.
