Someone had more than likely logged on to your device, like a family member, because of the random upgrades.

Need your help.. my phone got stolen and since there is no pattern locked, he managed to get to play my account and ravished my based and building upgrades..
If what I read, and SuperCell cant do anything, and treat it as negligence, (well, if it is, then are they not going to be doing anything to support their players?) its not that its my fault that my android phone is stolen or anything..well, I wont be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off if I wanted it to happen, as if COC is insured for crying out loud...
Well at least they could release that account and wipe out my whole data instead so I could start a new one, and that culprit could not make the most out of my account data, and could create havoc using my name. My friend might think that I am him...
I am also sad to ditch that account since it is tagged from my own personal email....
don't panic, there's a way to get your village back.
first is to make sure your google account is safe. try to change the password of your google account that has the village saved to it.
after securing your google plus account, you can contact supercell to remove that village from that stolen device
If you managed to find this very old thread then I'm sure with a tiny bit more effort you could find out what to actually do in this scenario.
But here you go.
On your new device, log in to the new village and contact Support via Help & Support -> New conversation button in the top right.
Give them all the information they ask for and eventually you should get your account back under your control.
If you have no device currently then you can send an email to clashofclans.account@supercell.com (if that email yields nothing then the general email is clashofclans.feedback@supercell.com).
Be patient as an initial response from them can take a couple of days, and every response after can take up to 12 hours or more.

Actually I have already informed SuperCell regarding my account problem. Already 3 days and already hopeless if they will ever reply to my email or not.
I used to help one friend of mine to retrieve their old village, with the same message approach and SuperCell have replied to them a day or two.. but to my own account, I can't solved my problem... I already sent them an email, and what they replied was just an auto generated email stating that I should be sending my concern to the Help and Support Chat box.
In may part, I have already prepared my full details of my account that they will be requiring, but I am hesitant if I will be sending my details, will the other side culprit be seeing my reply message to SuperCell?
They have not yet replied to confirm this that it is OK for me to send them tru this Message Box.. Day by Day I have lost interest on playing since both my main account and my bro's account was logged in there, for CoC and BoomBeach.
I know that my Gmail account is already secure since I have changed the password twice already. I already been thinking of abandoning my main personal account, and just be sending mass message to my friend that this account is already comprimised and I am not anymore using this, the thief is. Eat his Sh*t deal of buying out my account from him.
