Every wall are worth it. In fact every single update is always worth it.
If you tell us more about your base and your raid habit, now we could help you telling if it's worth over something else.

The W/B chart at the bottom is helpful, but not the only factor.
Where you farm / raid is important. The extra 500 HP can really matter when barbs/archs are plinking away at them with the timer running...
I'm working on 8, looking toward 9. 10 and 11 scare me...

No, skull walls are same as purple walls. However Lego walls are well worth the golds. You are basically paying for the intimidation looks
completely worth it! imo the black walls look so much scarier than the purple ones. often i will skip a base because at first glance i see the high level walls. long story short yes they are worth it so do them
if u have nothing else to upgrade just do it and why not skull walls looks HAWT

Walls only get good at Lvl10.
Id skip 8 and 9 if I were you and move directly to lvl10 walls.
They are completely worth it! They look cool and really scare off a lot of opponents.
