I personally did defences first, as I believe that they are more important than walls. I now have to do my walls though hahaQuote:

Kinda funny, I'm in almost the exact same place. I've been skulled out for a solid month or two, and I recently finished my last TH9 cannon; everything else is maxed as well. So now, it's time for legos... I've only done 11 and I can tell they're going to be the thing that makes me want to quit this game. Not complaining about wall prices, but rather about my impatience and noobishness when it comes to farming millions in one sitting.Quote:

I would definitely have to vote defenses, i think they are much more important because walls are so easily beaten and your defenses are what will win you trophies!

its easier to focus on one, as they both cost gold, but if you were really active you could have all but one builder upgrading and 1 builder to farm walls, but youd need to put in an almost extraordinary amount of time
Do both as other people point out. I just spent 7,5M yesterday - 3,5 for lvl7 tesla upgrade and 4 legos. It is slow sometimes in between upgrades, but that is part of the "fun" imo.

Legos are super easy. So are lavas :) You just need to stop upgrading defences...

4 builders for defenses, 1 builder for walls.
There's no reason to focus solely on walls if your defenses aren't maxed - defenses are more bang for buck, and having 5 builders free won't make your wall farming go faster.
He's right it's the best way to get walls done without being too bored later down the road when you have 250 walls that need upgradingQuote:

I would definitely do your defenses to max then do legos.
Defences first
I did a mix. Saved up for the next defence item and any leftover gold went into the walls. I got to 32 skulls left and decided to jump to TH10. Now have 4 skulls to bury under some Lego. The end is on sight!
Btw i spent 6 months at TH9 and a good amount of that just grinding walls. Not for some, but i enjoyed it while it lasted. I havent regretted going up to TH10 though :)
