They have done it before, announced it in the announcements and it was legit. It is unlikely to be a hoax.
Supercell might prefer you to spend that $2000 on gems though ... think of the walls you could have ;)
And how many people already reserve the ticket? Is it around supercell corp/ office? I want able to get signature from designers and etc.
I really like this game.

I have a feeling it's going to be more of a local meet and greet, and for other people that happened to be attending GDC. You have other things planned right? I'm local so I'll be going for the free beer and food :o.
