NEW UNIT (SCOUT RANGER or SPY)

Since their is already Clan Wars and during wars, their are scout units sent to monitor and scout their opponents. I would like to suggest that in order for a player to scout his enemies base, he create first a Scout Ranger or Spy whose job is to scout enemies base on how it looks like and how much resources we could pillage. Right now in the game, we could immediately view our opponents base and know immediately how much we could pillage.

By adding this feature, then we could have a better feel during Clan Wars. During scouting, their will also be a success rate and it would depend on the level of the opponent and how many scout rangers or spies you sent to scout your enemies based.
