New translations of HayDay?

Hello. My request is adding more localizations to Hay Day. It will be next step to improve gameplay for people that knows only single words in english. I noticed that many neighborhoods depends on countries so why we can't translate the game to our languages?

If you (I ask authors) don't have any workers that knows e.g. polish (yes, I'm from Poland) so give translation task for players. You can use e.g. getlocalization[dot]com to get translated sentences and add them to the game.

So what do you think about it?

Don't bump it can get you in trouble, though you have left a decent amount of time between them so hopefully you are safe.

You are unlikely to get a reply from SC on this matter. However in my personal opinion is that it is unlikely. It takes money to do a translation and that is only worth doing if the number of players who speak that language goes above a certain number.

It is a chicken or egg issue as having it in their mother tongue could increase the number of players precisely because of this. However if they do it and there is no increase then they have wasted the money. Another expense would be providing support in that language, as it is reasonable to expect that if a company has released a game in that language that there is support in that language. This would require the hiring of people who are fluent in the language.

I know you say that it can be done by players and websites, but that is not how the industry works. It is also possible that it is more complicated if the game coding is involved. Also translator sites are not perfect and you could end up with mistakes that could bring the game into a bad light.
