I was thinking, what about a spell that didn't cost a lot, say 10 k gold, and took about 30 minutes to make. What it would do is reveal traps etc. in a small area, about te same as the area as the rage spell? Thoughts?

It's an interesting idea, however I don't know if for me personally, I'd ever use it. I have room for 3 spells now and wouldn't use one of those spots on it.

I think the main problem with a new spell would mean more storage for other spells.
I like this idea though.
Yeah, one thing I just found out about is that after 50%, all teslas are no longer hidden. Not sure how I hadn't noticed that until recently after playing for 7 months, lol.
What about a scout unit? Low to medium hp with no attack that can spot traps at long range.
i don't think a spell would be used like a previous poster said, but a scout unit would be sweet.
it could also be used to draw CC and heros away from defences.
I think that's a great spell idea, and maybe it has a 5% chance on each trap of destroying it but as you upgrade it the percent goes up. I also like the scout idea but to give it more use it should be able to disarm traps as well.
I think a spell to detect traps would not be useful, but a spell to disarm traps would be very useful and possibly op.
would it have the typical radius or would it cover the map? if it had a small radius it would be pretty useless if it only detected traps. you know they are there usually anyway - still need to kill troops to set it off.
