Walls and cycology!

Walls are mainly cycological, people would rather attack a maxed out TH7 but with lvl 1 walls, than a far from maxed out TH7 but with lvl7 walls, even though the latter would be easier. Upgrading your walls will lower the rate that people attack you because of this, however it is also substantial to upgrade defences as well; maybe upgrade one defense, and with the rest of your gold upgrade some walls. If you were to camp at any TH level, make sure to upgrade your walls, especially if farming, as this will make it even less chance for them to attack your actual base. But remember, air units can fly over walls (and hogs) so make sure to have a high level air defense to go ahead with the 'just upgrading your walls' strategy. Also, a high level wizard tower to take care of minions, if at silver 1+.

What im trying to make out here is that walls are incredibly expensive for what you are getting, and it is more the cycology than the actual defense that walls do.

I would like to hear what you think about walls in the discussion below.

walls are more for the looks than their performance

I really can't take you seriously... cycology?

Umm...walls are many times more expensive than the defensive buildings....if you have maxed walls and low level defensive buildings, there could only be 2 reasons. 1.) You are a freaking farming GOD and find tons of gold before your defenses finish upgrading. 2.) You are insane.

Yes wall and cycology. Well design village with wall will make troop cycle all around the base attacking ♥♥♥♥ getting killed in the process instead of going in the center destroying defence and get loot.
