Seems like there is a lot of complaining on here as far as "how long stuff takes". Keep in mind that you are playing one of the best games ever. Supercell could have made us all pay $20 just to download and we would have done it because we are all die hard clasheads U can see they are trying and replying to our post. So i think i speak for a lot of us when I say thanks for making a great game supercell!

I have never paid any penny for any game. If CoC were a proprietary app, I would have never played it and there would have been much less players than current.
SC has there own way to earn money. Many players spend thousands of bucks for in-app purchase. It is much more than selling $20/copy.
It is also uncertain that SC would make its supporting process better in case that any player must pay for having a copy.

How can you sure? Clearly you are not working for them. All you know about customer service and keep telling us is "be patient and they are working hard everyday" ---- a clear truth known by all of us but not helpful.Quote:

Therefore, if I am a shareholder of supercell, I will give them credit as they are making good money for me. But as I am just a normal player, I won't give them any credit at all
