Possible. If he doesnt collect that many achievements. And also if you NEVER donate
I've always wondered the same.
What actually happened was with the level glitch, most peoples levels inflated quite a bit. When SC restored the levels they obviously rolled him back too much.
Either way, not donating and not collecting achievements will not keep you at 66 with everything else upgraded.Quote:

my buddy showed me a screenshot he took of a level 63 with maxed base who was in top 200, he had maxed walls too...
He just started playing and gemmed everything
