Banned

I had a lot of people report me today (for not being white) and chances are I will get a ban... When do bans initiate and what are you banned from.

Bans only affect global chat and last for 24 hours. It takes 7 reports to get banned.

A ban from global does nothing but disable it for 24 h

If this happened in Global chat it initiates immediately after 7 people report you and it only concerns Global chat. Not normal playing, not Clan chat, not forums. If you aren't banned now you propably won't be banned at all so take a deep breath and relax

Yeah I was banned from global.... Thank goodness not clash.

24 H Ban

I was banned from Clash of Clans not global Chat. Now because of my IP address from China maybe, not sure. The ban said it was a 24 ban for transfers and the only transfers I can think of are from my ITunes account for gems.

No, from USA, I just fly commercial jets out of China. I always have issue with my IP address. Computers don't like it.

only thing I can think of is your IP makes the servers believe youre buying gems from 3rd party sources which are mainly located in china. but if it's legit and youre actually flying in and out, then I would email support so you don't get permanently banned or just dont buy gems while on a china IP

Yes thanks, I already emailed support waiting for their reply. I am not an expert game player but some of my Chinese co pilots play so I got involved. I will wait to see. Thanks for you reply :D

I just got banned from global for talking to a level 93 about level 6 archers, and i suppose the filter blocking out "maxed archers" partially made the six year old players go rampant & report me because i assure you i did not use profanity when i was banned. Can someone revoke this please because i have a clan i am trying to recruit for and it makes it difficult when im banned for no reason.
